30,000 FT Strategies is looking for a full time outbound sales professional. As our company works in a results oriented work environment, this position involves working from wherever you like - as long as you have a laptop and a steady internet connection. We are looking for people that want to explore the advantages of working from home while meeting their targets!
Job responsibilities
Will include, but are not limited to:
Prospecting and Business Development (75%)
Lead generation and qualification calling 50-100 cold leads and accounts each day to spark interest.
Gain product knowledge for potential promotion into a outside sales role
Survey clients and prospects to gain feedback and generate business.
Reporting on daily and weekly progress.
Account Management Support (25%)
Email marketing
Deliver on outside sales team promises
Prepare info packages to be sent off to leads and prospects
Upselling current customers and reactivating dormant customers.
Book appointments for outside sales team
Requirements/Attributes of Applicants
Confident tone and competent projection
Mature verbal and grammatical skills, uncluttered with slang.
Native English speaker
Effective questioning and listening skills to uncover customer needs and interests.
Professional sales techniques, as well as the demonstrated ability to deliver an effective sales message.
Persistence that overcomes customer's objections and convinces them of the value of our offer.
The ability to rebound from rejection and remain enthusiastic throughout each and every call. Minimum 2 years post secondary education
Must be very good with computers (strong understanding of how to navigate the Internet)
Familiar with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent task and time management skills
Attitude is everything! Must have a positive, can do attitude.
Must be able to work as a team
CRM/Salesforce.com experience a big plus
Work hours
9am - 5pm, Mon-Friday PST.
